Fueling Your Brain Family Counseling is a psychotherapy practice offering individualized support for high-functioning, driven individuals navigating anxiety, depression, executive functioning challenges, organization struggles, and relationship dynamics—empowering you to thrive as your best self.
Fueling Your Brain Family Counseling offers a range of therapy services including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy.
All counseling sessions are offered virtually via video and phone . Once your session is scheduled, you will receive a link to the session meeting room.
Office hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 11 am to 6 pm and Friday from 12 pm to 5 pm.

Intake sessions last 60 minutes and are $225. Regular sessions last 45 minutes and are $200.
The 30-day mindfulness and meditation planner is designed to help you develop or expand your meditation practice while being more mindful of your daily experiences. Mindfulness and meditation activities are woven into each week to help you grow and blossom. As you embark on this journey, there will be goal and intention-setting activities, reflecting on where you are and want to be in 30 days. The activities are self-paced so as not to be too overwhelming, as reflecting on your life can be exciting and stressful as you relieve moments of joy, anger, and sadness. At the end of your 30 days, you should better understand your personal goals and emotional and mood regulation, which can aid in decision-making skills.
